Taurus - personal transport
The Taurus is a personal transportation concept that was done in the fall semester of 2009 at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design.
The Taurus is a self balancing electric personal transport vehicle. The rider controls the vehicles speed and direction by leaning forward or backwards and turns sideways by using the steering handles.
The Taurus is meant for urban environments where the advantages of its size and maneuverability best come to show.
Being a quiet and small electric vehicle also makes sure it leaves as small a footprint on its surroundings as possible, making the Taurus perfect for inner city commuting and travel.
